You are right, those looking for big financial aid help can’t be too picky. Honestly, with an SAT of 1110 none of the schools on your list are realistic, especially with large FA or scholarships. You need to bring that score up. Try the ACT. Even as an instate applicant at FSU, you won’t be an automatic admit.
A school may not have your exact major but that doesn’t mean you can’t get the education you want by taking courses in those areas, doing an internship or co-op, taking a course at a nearby school that has an agreement with your school (formal consortium or otherwise).
