<p>Yesterday, I was trying to add a college to My Colleges and an error page came up. Now, when I try to log in, it just says "An error has occurred please contact technical support for further help." So I contacted Tech Support yesterday, but when they emailed me they just told me to "Please clear your cache and cookies in your Internet browser, shutdown/restart system." So I did what they told me to, and even tried my log in on another computer, and I'm still getting the same message either way. I can't access anything on my Common App and I'm worried. Has anyone else had this problem/know what to do?</p>
