I CAN'T DECIDE!: uvm vs northeastern

<p>in terms of financial aid, i've heard back from uvm and it's pretty much fully paid. for northeastern, i think they're waiting to hear back about my non-constodial profile waiver, which i still have yet to send to them, before they tell me anything about my financial aid package.</p>

<p>besides financial aid, i like the feel of uvm's campus, but i also like boston a lot. if i go to NEU, it's closer to my friends, but i dont want to go there just because of that.
i like being in an urban atmosphere, but i also like a more calm place for college. i dont really know what kind of college environment would be better.</p>

<p>in terms of academics, which one is better? i plan to do pre-med and major, neuroscience or astronomy.</p>

<p>By this time of the year, financial aid decisions have been made, for the most part. Each school does what they can with what they have. I’d be very surprised if NU can help you much at this stage in the game with financial aid info not yet provided. </p>

<p>well, i’ve completed my fafsa and the profile. it’s just the noncustodial profile form, which i need to send in the waiver form for.</p>

<p>Northeastern is the better school but its hard to turn down free education especially from a solid school such as UVM.</p>
