I can't decide where to go! Need help - drastically

Well, the admissions round is almost over. I'm waiting on my last rejection. (hopefully this doesn't jinx the .00001% chance that I do get in, but anyways) I'm waiting on THREE, yes, THREE waitlists as well.

But I have no idea where I should go. I live in Eastern Mass, and I don't want to go too far from home. Here's my current options...

UConn Honors:
COST: $10,380 merit + $3,500 loans / ~$28,000 = $14,000

Boston University:
COST: $11,000 merit + 3,500 loans / ~ $44,000 = $30,000

URochester:
COST: $6,000 merit + $3,500 loans / ~ $48,000 = ~$39,000

Union College:
COST: $7,500 merit / ~ $44,000 = ~$37,000 (+ misc fees)

I don't know what to do... I'm thinking of going to UConn Honors since that would be the cheapest route and one of the closer schools (2.5 hrs away), and I am planning on going to grad (its premed vs. business atm... don't ask), but I'm still kind of unsure. Where would I get the best education for my money value? I really like Union College as well, I'm visiting Rochester in 2 weeks, and BU is low on my list. At first I planned on going to a SMALL school, but I'm figuring the honors program might give me a more personal atmosphere? What do you think?
