<p>Help me with this please!
I don't know if this is ADD or what, but I have swim practice till 5:30, I come home and I attempt to work/fool around for an hour or so until I have dinner. Then I'll start some work, fool around some more, getting very little done. Even when I have almost no homework I don't get started until really late and can't begin to focus until like 11:30. It used to not be a big problem but the lack of sleep is just killing me. Please help!</p>
<p>I'm going through exactly the same thing. On really important days, I take a nap in the evening around 6 or 7 for about an hour and then I have dinner and I'm all set to start studying by 9. It works at times. I do this coz I get back from school at 5 and take this math class till 6ish.</p>
