Can someone pleasseee help me? I just can't study. Everyime I sit down to study for my APs, (I have Bio, Psych, and Lang this year, but I'm not studying for Lang, obviously) it's like I have ADD or something. I read for like 5 minutes, then begin thinking of something else, or I wanna sleep, go online, talk to friends, or just not do any work. My strategy is to go through the review books, reading them and making flash cards for all important vocab and concepts. So far, I'm like halfway through the Bio book, and maybe 1/5 through Psych. The couple days before the exams, I'll do practice tests and grade and review them. How am I doing on time? Will I be okay? I was doing good, but now I'm breaking my pace and getting distracted and ADD.

Any tips? How will I ever get through college if I can't study?!

oh wow...and i thought i was the only that is doing the same thing as you....hmmm...well, for me, i know i get distracted easily so i isolated myself away from electronic appliciances and read for about 1-2 hrs and then take a small 10 minutes break and so forth. Making yourself feel guilty for not studying helps a lot. ahahahah.

To avoid this (don't know if it will work for you), I go to the back of my computer and physically unplug the LAN cable. Than, I stuff it way behind my desk, so far infact that I have to literally move the desk to get it back.

This is pretty effective, I find myself either studying, or turning my speaker on and off, but the latter of the two only lasts for a few minutes.

Also, try to make goals, like, If its 7:14, make yourself study till 7:30, than 5 minutes of talking, the second its 7:35, your back studing no matter WHAT
