I'm taking AP Stats right now and it is seriously a joke class because the teacher does not stay on topic and the kids always fool around (the teacher does nothing about them). I can't drop or anything so should I do some of my other hw or studying AP stats in the class while all the chaos around me is going on? How would you handle this class? I don't just want to listen to the irrelevant information the teacher talks about so I don't know if I should just study AP stats or some other class's homework.

I would do other classes hw, and study for the actual AP exam around March-April on your own.

It seems AP Stats at every school is a joke. Good thing the exam is so easy one week of self review should be enough.

Don't worry too much about it. Just use the time wisely or sleep, and study on your own.

Just do the stats homework (and then other homework) in class and somewhat pay attention so if the teacher somehow calls on you, you won't be completely oblivious.

If you are staying in the class make sure you are doing the work and getting a good grade. For most universities, getting a 5 on the AP test won't make up for a F in the class.

My AP Stats is actually good. I'd recommend that you just make sure you get an A in the class and then just do other hw.

I feel sorry for you. It reminds me of my 9th grade English class. We read Romeo and Juliet in class - out loud. For some reason, we weren't allowed to bring the books home. It was so boring. I never knew where we were when I was called on to read. I think I read that play 5 times in class before we were done. I wasn't brave enough to try reading a different book.
