i can't wait until i become a freshman!!! do you have plans of what you was going to do when you first enter college? for me, the very FIRST thing i would do when i reach the campus is buy the college shirt! what about you?

Probably try and hit on the hot chick that i won’t have a chance with after the first day!

:P

jk

anything the school sells is overpriced. try to get it for free if you can. they often give out shirts at events at my school for free. it’s the only way i’ve gotten clothes from the school. good luck in your first year.

My first plan in orientation is to meet some people

in my dorm

make friends

i want to be in the council, like dorm council so I can eventually be a RA

aww. i remember when i got into carolina my mom drove me to chapel hill that weekend to buy my first UNC apparel & eat lunch on franklin (i don’t live far from my school) ![]()
so exciting!

first thing: orientation, second eat lunch with parents… walk away from parents. go hang out with friends/really anyone. then go to my room and set everything up then cry b/c if i choose GAtech, it will be hard as #$%%^#$%^…

that’s all…not much of a party-girl, so.

:)

We moved everything in and went to the store to pick up last minute things, then my mom left. Then I ate dinner with people on my floor and our 5 day orientation started…

Those t-shirts usually aren’t that good.

All the stylish stuff is going to cost you some money. And by stylish, I mean this is stuff that is made by designers with an emphasis on being fashionable. Things like Big 12 Champion t-shirts and Cotton Bowl t-shirts will cost you money (unless your on the team I guess…). Hoodies, hats, scarfs, etc. will cost you money.

And the clothes really aren’t that overpriced. T-Shirts are $10-20. Hoodies $35-65.

That’s just the normal price of most branded clothing.
