I CHANGED my name?

Hi, this is a rising senior and I recently have changed my name
due to my mother's marriage with my stepfather.

My SAT scores, TOEFL scores, awards I have gotten, and transcripts that I received
at Stanford Summer School and FIT(Florida Institute of Technology) as a dual-enrolled student have my old name.

I concede that it is not a very good time to change my name and I am afraid that honors and awards I have received during my high school career won't be reflected as college admission committees review my application. How do I assure colleges do not make two separate files since they may think that I am two different individuals?

I am an international student studying in US high school in Florida and I do not possess a green card nor social security number.

P.S. New York University and Tulane University have promised me to send me an early invitiation for applying. Also there are other colleges that have sent me their 'letters'. How
do colleges connect me with this newly changed name?

anybody knows what to do?

Contact College Board, makes sure the name change is noted, same with your counselor/school records. Honors and awards are usually self-reported, so not having the certificate with the proper name shouldn’t be an issue for things you write on your app.
