Just in case you’re not joking with us, no. It will not. Unless you write an essay about it… They won’t even know.
They will certainly know if it is on your transcript. OP, ask your guidance counselor if it’s noted on your transcript. Some schools do that, others just give a failing grade for that exam or for the class. If it’s on your transcript, then yes, it could be an issue.

@Hamlin Well, if it’s on his record, they know now. Academic honesty is a big no no. Let’s just put it that way.
This is definitely something to talk to your GC about. I think you can overcome a one time cheating incident when you were presumably 14 years old if you thereafter can demonstrate exemplary character, and preferably your LOR’s should confirm that. If it’s really on your transcript then you need to address it head on. But first confirm that fact with your GC and get his/her recommendation on how to proceed.
Oops. I meant to say *academic dishonesty.
I was told ADCOM’s only care if it had any involvement with federal/state police. I’m not sure why a school would deliberately write something so trivial on the student’s transcript.
