I chose Claremont over...

Out of curiousity, where were admitted students also admitted at?

If you aren't attending CMC, where are you headed?

Besides CMC.. i got into:

UCI
UCD
UCSB
UCSD
UCLA
UCB
Pepperdine
Scripps

Waitlisted: Grinnell, WashU

Rejected: Stanford, Cornell, Pomona (forget Pomona.. didn't fit anyways kekeke)

i actually stayed on the waitlist for washU.. but even if i get in.. i'm 99.99999% i won't go

I chose it over NYU Gallatin, U Miami, Syracuse, Loyola Marymount

withdrew my app from Haverford, Pomona, and Boston University (had not heard back yet when I found out I got into CMC ED-II)

and got rejected from Northwestern!

Whitman, Oxy, Willamette

Rejected by Pomona, but it was a horrible fit anyways...

I've met a lot of people who chose CMC over Gtown and Tufts. One girl on facebook chose CMC over Stanford, and a full-ride to Duke and UNC!

Hey one my good friends (our HS valedictorian) got that full-ride to Duke-UNC. He took it over acceptances to Stanford and Dartmouth.

As for me, I picked CMC (10K) over:
-Arizona (Full tuition + 10K)
-USC (23K)

-Waitlisted at Penn (didn't accept the spot)
-Rejected at Harvard and Stanford

I was accepted at CMC, UCI, UCSB, UCSD, UCD, UCLA, Occidental, NYU, USC, Santa Clara

CMC was my first choice, but I ultimately made the decision to attend UCLA - mainly a money issue (don't qualify for FA).
