<p>I chose over A&M University, Southern Methodist University, University of Texas in Austin, and Rice University (all with great scholarships) - even though WashU gave me full merit, even if they hadn’t it probably would’ve been my choice.</p>

<p>Haha, yea I forgot, I chose over umich as well. I liked it more because it wasnt so huge, better campus, nicer people, and better academics. Oh, and as an added bonus, better weather in Saint Louis. And I saw someone ask about Olin earlier, I am going to Olin.</p>

<p>I just chose Wash U over Columbia, Dartmouth, Northwestern, NYU 7 year Dental Program, UC Berkeley, UCLA and so many other great options. It was very difficult decision to make, particularly turning down the ivy league schools. Wash U offered amazing scholarship and grant money, which allowed me almost pay-free to attend. I chose Wash U because I believe in myself to do extremely well and be happy, and it suits my interest in medicine. In addition, I am on Harvard, Penn (Wharton), Brown Wait-list now.</p>
