I clicked make corrections on FAFSA but did not make any...?

After my FAFSA was processed successfully, I clicked make corrections because I wanted to review again the information to make sure it was all correct. However, now after I exited my FAFSA application it keeps asking me if I want to continue my corrections where I left off, even though I did not make any. So now my application status says "current application status: not submitted"

what do i do? does it interfere with the application i submitted that says it was already processed? help ! :(

The reason for this is because WAY too many people went in to make corrections in the past & never actually submitted them. The new message is meant to remind those who actually did make corrections that they did not finish the process … meaning they were never submitted. If you didn’t intend to make corrections, you can just ignore the reminder.

Your first submission is still ‘submitted’. It’s just the changes, which there aren’t any, that weren’t newly submitted. You are fine.

@Azngirl1 Did anything come of your situation? I just did the same thing.

When you first file the FAFSA, there should be a way to “preview” it before you submit. You can also print it then I believe.

After submission, when it is processed, you can look at your SAR (student aid report).
