<p>What is the College Board Institutional Documenation Service? Why did I never even hear of this before Duke's website? And, most importantly, does anyone know how long it takes to fill out or why Duke is the only place that requires it?</p>
<p>I don't think Duke is the only place that requires it. I believe collegeboard will send you forms to fill out/request documents in February. I could be wrong, maybe you should try checking the collegeboard site.</p>
<p>yeah... I doubt that College Board created a special form just for Duke financial aid applicants...</p>
