<p>I think the term bill just takes forever to update… a few people on here have had that problem.</p>
<p>Once you decline the F/A award you pay the original amount before the award was given to you. All you need to do is go to payment adjustment on the website using Internet explore, change the amount, and pay. Or you can just write a check out to rutgers.</p>
<p>Your term bill is updated every month. So the award will show on the bill until the end of august. but rutgers will know sooner or later that you decline your award.</p>
