Ok,
I accidentally checked that I've lived in California for at least the last three years, thinking that it asked if I'd lived in California for three years at any time. This was at the end of the application during the submit process. I am NOT currently a Calfornia resident.... what should I do?

Kiss any chance for acceptance good-bye. You could e-mail, call, or write to the admissions officers saying you accidentally checked the wrong box. OR you could wait it out and see if they'll catch your mistake.

That's a pretty significant error. You need to contact them and correct it. You should have received an email from UC about correcting such errors.

Yes, I did receive an email about correcting errors, and it directed me toward a site that requires login with UC number. It doesn't work when I try to make a new login. Could this be because my application is not processed through the UC system yet. ?

I heard you need to wait 3-4 weeks.

You get confirmation in the mail in about two and a half weeks. However, if you did it later (I did it the first day of the filing period), I'm sure they'll have more to go through. Thus, I'd give it three weeks to four weeks.

Thanks a lot guys
