So I managed to submit the CommonApp for Princeton, but as I did more research on the school, I changed my mind and decided not to apply after all. I never submitted my supplement so I thought this would make my application automatically rejected or something. However, I recently got contacted for an interview. Does this mean I'm still being considered despite me not submitting my supplement? And should I even schedule the interview?

Thanks for the help!

If you didn’t submit the supplement, you are not eligible for admission. Don’t bother to schedule the interview. Contact Princeton to clarify for them your status as a non-applicant.

Contact your interviewer and tell him that you don’t intend to apply to Princeton after all. He’ll pass on the news to the admissions committee.

Or just ignore everything Princeton sends to you… Makes no difference to you.

^Never ignore. Call them and let them know that you no longer wish to attend.

If you are now thinking you’d like to apply after all, call them and tell them. They might let u still submit the supplement. Either way call them.

Don’t call them and get a silent rejection. It’ll make Princeton’s admit rate go down and we all know how much that helps everyone.
