I didn't apply to my dream school...

And got into schools that were of comparable selectivity. I feel just terrible for not even trying.

Anyways, this thread wasn't created to be a place for me to whine about a mistake I'll possibly regret for my entire life; I created it to let those who may be hesitant to try for their all-time dream schools (the ones they visited freshman year of H.S. and just fell in love with, the ones that make you come simply at the mention of their names, the ones where you know you'll be more happy at than anywhere else in the world), to ignore admission rates, and just go for it. Don't be intimidated by what CC'ers say. You will have zero chance unless you apply. Have no regrets. :) :)

What exactly is your dream school?

^ Thinking the same thing…

Im curious as well. ಠ_ಠ

Now you never have to worry about being rejected!

If I were to get a rejection letter, it’d better be from Stanford or MIT

you can always transfer

I transferred from SUNY Albany to Cornell.
