the clock wasn't working and the proctor didn't give us 5 min warning as I had expected.

anyways, what do you think is the best essay score i could get right now?
i wrote the intro, first ex., second ex., and was just starting my third when the time was called. I really was going to wrap it up with 2 examples, but since the time wasn't called i thought i had time. :(

they know its hard to crunch it in a certain time frame.....it doesnt matter too much tho

i took the SATs in april, and i only used 2 examples, and my conclusion was 1 sentence (so it basically wasnt a conclusion)....and i only wrote like 1 1/4 pages and pulled off a 10. I ended up getting a 790 on the writing (only b/c i got 1 wrong on the MC)....

basically what im trying to say is....as long as what u wrote was well written....u can still pull of a 9+. The essay is only worth 30% of the writing score and u can still get an 800 with a 10 on the essay.

there's supposed to be 5 minute warning , my "proctor" never said anything until it was time to stop. Plus, he kept writing the times wrong ... like (a 25 minute section) 9:25-10:50... i told him about that but he didn't correct it until halfway through.

the worst is though when they look over your shoulder..this lady commented on everyone's handwriting while she was looking at the essays we were writing.

I didn't finish either, I got a five minute warning when I was on my 2nd example, & I managed to finish the 3rd example & start the first word on my last paragraph. I REALLY wish I had just stopped at my 3rd example, because it almost looked like a conclusion pargraph towards the end of it... But oh well, I think they'll still give a decent score, they care more about well developed reasons than perfect 5 paragraph structures.

I NEVER have enough room. I write fairly large and VERY fast. I always want to do more than 2 pages and am left with 5-10 minutes of just staring into space becasue i cant write any more
