<p>Just fill them out and send them asap... I had the same problem, unfortunately. This is complicated business, more than I expected, at any rate. I though it would be simple tax stuff, but it's going to be a little late.</p>
<p>They have a bit of a backlog, and I'm sure they are going to be willing to work with people. They are human, after all. I have faith in them to come through for people who were caught unawares.</p>

<p>I have another question, when you fax in financial forms to the admission office, do you need to also fax in identification stuff like who you are (more than your name) and you address, dob, etc.?</p>

<p>When you submit financial forms, I would always include my identifier code if they've sent you any (USC sent me some for their school), name, and social security number ALWAYS.</p>
<p>I filled it outerly, but my frnd didnt he had a problem because his parents r in europe, and he lives with his aunt, and any falsifaction of lying, saying others r ur biologicaallly prnts n if there nt is a crimeee lol</p>
