I plan to take 4 AP exams and all of my IB exams this year as a senior.

I didn't list them on the Common App. I didn't know we had to until my friend just told me.

I got deferred from Harvard EA and have already sent my Common App to several schools for RD.

Is this a problem? Should I update every school that I sent the Common App to and create a new version w/ future exams for all the schools I will be sending the app to?

I didn’t, where would you list that anyway? Just list your classes and they’ll see if you’re taking AP classes or not.

In the place where they ask you to report your AP scores, the Common App asks you to list future AP exams with the score left blank. I forgot to list those.

If you designated them as AP on the list of classes you’re taking this year, and they are listed that way on your transcript, that should be sufficient for the school where you already applied. I would create a new version of the Common App for the remaining schools.

Oh, sorry now I see that I just didn’t have room. TBH it won’t affect your application really at all, anyone can say they’re planing to take x exams. I wouldn’t worry about it or update colleges you’ve already applied to. If there’s space though you can add it for future apps.
