I didn't take Math IIC!

I had been signed up for Writing, US History, and Math IIC. I got my scores AFTER I signed up, so I called Collegeboard and they said I needed to pay $18 at the test center to get it changed. I went and the proctors said that I could just not take it and nothing bad would happen, AND it wouldn't cancel my other test scores. Who was right?!?!

If you already got your scores, then I guess they weren't canceled? No?

What a convoluted post. Re-explain, ilikeoranges?

Okay this is the timeline
Nov - I Take SAT IIs
Nov - I Sign up for Math IIC, Writing, and US History for DECEMBER
Nov - I recieve the scores, and I did well on Math IIC
Dec - I begin to think about not taking SAT IIC in December
Dec - I call collegeboard to ask if I needed to do anything in order not to take IIC in December, they say yes "request a change" on the day of the test w/ the proctor.
Dec - Day of the Test, I ask the Proctors and they say that "I don't need to change anything, and I can just not take the IIC Math test" and nothing will be canceled.

So I'm not sure who was right. Was it okay for me to not take the IIC test even though I had signed up and paid for it?

Don't worry about it. You don't have to take all the tests listed. I did the same for Chem (leaving early because my mom had to go to the hospital) and the rest of the scores were not cancelled.

Okay, thanks Snappymatt and Brinestorm

You're fine. Don't worry.
