<p>But what do I do about the student 2009 tax return requirement? I don't file taxes.</p>
<p>(And I'm surprised there isn't a clear solution to this, since most 17/18 year olds don't file taxes either...)</p>
<p>What we did when we sent in our 09 tax returns was just attached a note (letter) saying that the student will not be filing a tax return. They then removed the requirement from OPUS when they received it (this week). This should not be a problem for you - just write them a note. Good luck.</p>
