I am currently in college. Right now I have 70 completed units, some in progress, and will have some for spring 2011. I'll overall have more than 90 units. I applied to UC's, Pepperdine, USC, Woodbury, and Cal States. But my gpa is really really low. It's 3.0 ((( I have more than 170 hours of extracurricular activities. No SAT's or ACT's because I am a transfer student. I am not really worried about CSU's, but I would really want to go to somewhere else than CSU's. I dont have any chances right? I mean 3.0 is really low I understand, but I applied anyways.

Even though your GPA isn’t very high, you have a lot of credits. I believe you have a good chance at all the UC’s with the exception of berkeley and USC. A bit tough for pepperdine. And great chance at the CAL states and Woodbury.

In summary, you still stand a chance at all the schools you listed.

Your GPA isn’t high but it’s still not low. It matches some of the schools you’re applying to. Be optimistic =)

thank you guys! I’ve been going to community college for almost 3 years now, and only now I heard about the Honors program which helps 90% of the members to get into UC’s. Unlucky me! :(
