I don't know if this is the right place to put it...

But when should you take the SAT 2's? I'm thinking of taking Math Level 1 or 2 this year?

Which one should I take? I'm in precalc right now and I think precalc is pretty easy

I think May is the next one so that is a good time…Get a prep book and work slowly and thoroughly through it from now till then. Barron’s Math II is good. A lot of stuff on that test is the stuff you are learning in precalc.

thats what she said!!

That’s great… And dra313, thank you for the advice (:

you want the following:

barrons math(I didn’t like the lessons, but I did the practice tests twice, I found them very good but harder)
Sparknotes tests (make sure how to do all of the problems)
Official math CB Book(I think they offer like 2 tests. You also need to know how to do all of the problems on these)

I got a 790 =P on math 2

Math II. I know Math I may seem easier, but Math I has a very harsh curve, pretty close to the SAT I Math. For Math II you can miss like 6 and still get an 800. I took the Math II with very little prep (like just started studying the day before), and I got a 720. It may not seem high, but I only answered the first 30-36 question, and time ran out (I didn’t think the time would run out so quickly!!). I think it also looks better on your college app.

Okay thanks guys. I was thinking of taking math 2, but I thought it may be WAY too hard. But yea, I’m taking that now! When do I sign up?
