I don't know what I should do, please give me advise? i'm desperate?

my school consoler unfortunately is bad and doesn't really care about my situation.

so my situation is that i live with my mom, who is unemployed, and i have no money for college. i am looking for a part time job now to start saving up. my overall GPA is like 2.5 as of now, but that is because i wasn't concentrated in my early high school years. i now get mostly As. i have taken AP tests and have done good on them. i am currently a senior in high school.

first my consoler said i should go to community college and get an AD, but I am only going to do that as a last resort because i have heard that the 4 year university/college experience can be the best time of your life, and i really don't want to miss out on that.
so i have been reading a lot of posts online and i found 3 other ways, but i need some advise on what to do because i don't want to make a bad decision.

the other problem i have is i am one year behind in math and lack enough credits to graduate. i am taking a lot of extra courses to make up for that...

anyway, my options i found are...
1. go to a community college, take my math classes, get straight As and get a good SAT score and try to transfer after 1 year
2. go to a post graduate school to take my extra courses there and not now, get ahead on math, and retake some of my early high school classes to increase my gpa. study for SATs... but the problem is that i don't have any money, and aid is my only option, but i can't find any info on this.
3. don't take my extra classes and go to a 5th year of high school where i will retake some of my classes to increase my gpa and take algebra 2 to be far enough ahead on math for college. i read that i could take online high school classes that are easier then real high school classes and that it could allow me to have more time for a job to save up money. i don't know if that is true.
4. apply to a really low level college with possible financial aid. i haven't even started to apply for it and i am in my senior year, so i might be to late. i am taking my SATs in January. also, a low level college obviously doesn't sound like a good experience.

please give me some direction, right now i am very sleep deprived worrying about this. the thing is, i am actually smart, i just have bad grade problems. i am in advanced classes and can take an AP class, which is beyond most people i know in my high school. i am just so screwed up because of my family life.

Shoot, man. You got my sympathy.

The community college option sounds best, in your case, but you should also try to apply for other schools. It’s not too late to apply if you begin before January 1st. Remember that if you transfer to another college from a community college after 1 year, you can still get a bachelor’s degree in 3 years. Considering that your mother is unemployed, you would definitely be eligible for application and SAT fee waivers. Just work your ass off in finding information about this, and do the same when filling out those applications. Maybe look into welfare for your mother, too.

Crazy world. Good luck with all of this.
