before the june SAT, i studied so hard in three weeks (after my SATII's) but it showed no improvement, and in fact scored 50 points lower in writing than what i have been getting with princeton review. my score was 630/710/650, and i'm not very proud of it because i really want to shot for 1400 (cr and math) or 2100 in total for Uchicago, rice, tufts and such.

the problem is that i have no idea what i should be doing anymore. this feeling of not having purpose scares me. english is my second language and i've only been in US for little more than 3 years so naturally Cr scores should be lower, but when i took june SAT i felt so much better about it, yet it is what it is. for math, i'm been doing so many problems and i don't usually think them as hard, maybe there are 1-2 questions that actually confuse me in each test. in june test, i missed 3 math. for grammar, i've been consistently scoring 680-720 in practice tests and PR courses so i am disappointed by my score.

i really don't know what i can do to improve my SAT by october anymroe. more vocal? more practice questions? but i did SOOOO many questions. there is hardly many books out there that i haven't done.

can someone offer me so tip in breaking 2100? i really need some help, please.

well I can completely sympathize with you. English is my second language and I haven't lived in the US since 5th grade until I came back to the US last year. I lived in Korea and the English that the people are teaching there basically is like loser-english. Anyways for the math practice and make sure you are thorough and not make mistakes. For CR read the passage literally. I don't know if you read my previous posts but my score rose from 650 to 770 on CR just by not thinking and interpreting the questions and passages literally. For SC use the process of elimination. It will eliminate many choices and will really help you. For writing my score kind of sucks (680,MC66,Essay10) but it's just practice for the MC and for the essay too. Keep working on the practice exams and create a testing situation when you are taking a test. Also are you nervous when you're taking the test? If so try to breathe in and out slowly and try to focus on something. I hope this helps you. Oh for the books use RocketReview. It has the strategies that will help you ace the exam. GOOD LUCK :)
