I don't know what to do

So I got my AP Scores back recently. All of them were okay, 4, 4, 4, and then a 2.

I started freaking out.

Are my chances for UVA like crushed because of this 2?

Can I just not report it? Is there anyway that they wouldn't know?

I'm already a borderline applicant (My GPA isn't that high), so I don't know what I'm going to do with this low score.

You can choose which AP scores to report. Granted, if you took the class, they may wonder why there is no corresponding score. However, AP scores do not weigh heavily in college admissions.

Don’t worry too much about it. I have an (instate) friend who got a two on an AP exam and made Echols.

Deep breaths! Everyone has an off day. One exam does not derail an application.

Once again, Dean J, I am quite glad to see that you’re contributing here.

I’m also curious: would you report the 2 on the application in addition to the other, higher scores, or just report the higher scores and not mention the 2?
