I don't remember the June CR having this many controversial questions..

That test was pretty straightforward, at least the reading questions...The test yesterday was a bit harder.

Idk if it was harder than the one in june, but ppl (including myself) just don’t like getting wrong answers. That’s wherre the controversy comes in.

controversy comes in when people try to justify their wrong answers.

im genuinely excited to see the Q&A

lol i second that

I’m genuinely excited to see the answer to the “Indeed v.s. In comparison” debate.

I think my explanation that “in(or by, whichever it was) comparison” is redundant since they already started comparing is satisfactory. Because the comparison was already initiated, “indeed” works to the effect of “in/by comparison” without the awkwardness of repetition.

the good thing about the controversials is that you don’t have to resign yourself…

there’s always a CHANCE that it was stimulant, etc.

It was actually, Indeed vs. By comparison.

I agree that the CR on the October test has a bunch of controversial questions. Hopefully, that’ll result in a more lenient curve :)

Hm, does any veteran CC’er know if the amount of controversy on CC regarding previous sat’s was a good indicator of the leniency of the curve of the corresponding sats?
