I don't understand this waitlist statistics

Wait List
Does the school have a waiting list? Yes
Number of applicants placed on a waiting list: 3,109
Number of students on the wait list accepted: 1,390
Number of students enrolled from a waiting list: 202

Is the "Number of applicants placed on a waiting list" the number of students offered a place or number of students who accepted the waitlist

Is the "Number of students enrolled from a waiting list" the number of students who are accepted under the waitlist or students who enrolled after being selected from the waitlist.

Number of students “placed” are the kids that received waitlist letters

Number of students “accepted” are the students who accepted a place on the waitlist

Number of students enrolled from the waitlist : self explanatory

the only thing you don’t know from the last number is how many were “offered” a spot from the waitlist (it could or could not be the 202 number depending on how they offer spots)
