I don't want to go to NYU Shanghai

<p>I purposefully made the title a bit weird to attract a little attention to this thread. Sorry.</p>

<p>My concern right now is that I may be accepted to NYU Shanghai. For some crazy reason, I put Shanghai down as my secondary campus of interest when I was applying to NYU New York for EDII. However, I no longer want to go to Shanghai for several seasons, and I'm worried that I may be rejected from NYU New York and accepted there instead.</p>

<p>Is there anything I can do about this before admission decisions come out next Friday? Should I email them or would that look bad? Can I decline an EDII acceptance (should I be accepted to Shanghai) in any possible way? </p>

<p>You’re only bound by the EDII agreement IF you get into your primary campus choice, something you should know.
Let’s say you get into NYUSH, you can easily decline the offer since it’s not where you intended to go in the first place.</p>
