I don't want to go to school on Monday :(

Break isn't over yet, but I'm already thinking of Monday =/

I still have so much to do...but I just REALLY don't feel like doing it. AT ALL.

I sit down at my desk with the intention of doing some hw but I can't do it lol. I know in the back of my head that I NEED to do it or else i'll curse myself on Sunday, but NO...no progress.

WHYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! I still have finals to look forward to after break (two of which I need to get a 95 on to get an A in the class)

UGH.

If you are a Senior like me then don’t go.

From now until the end of May I am in ultimate coast mode.

I don’t want break to end.

There is all this talk of “omg second semester lets not do anything,” but I still want to succeed and do well…I’ll just RELAX more.

I don’t wanna go back either.
Ive just Been really forcing myself to do hw. I started today and did a lot.
But yeah I’m a senior, and the last thing I feel like doing is going back to school :(

So, OP, you’re not a hard worker after all…

Mine’s on Tuesday (Oh damn, one extra day…which matters substantially IMO)…but the sentiments are the same.

My laziness is killing me in my classes (well, borderline in every class or so); I should stop doing all my hw the morning before/periods before they’re due.

And yes, I have a decent amount of hw for break, and no, I haven’t started.

ahahahaha i suppose my username has some irony

I guess being a senior does that to ya =/ lol

but im gonna start my hw now lol…even though it’s like 1 am. i just dont want to wake up tomorrow knowing i have ALL my hw left lol

same… and its finals month we have 2 weeks of classes then finals for first semester.

I go back January 13th! :D

I know what you mean. I have loads of homework to finish. But I just don’t want to do it. Maybe I’m catching senioritis, but then again after busting my ass in school for these past three years, I’m ready to be a normal student outside the seven APs, books, tests, studying, homework-- all of which I’ve devoted myself to for far too long.

I did about half of my work (not counting the massive amounts of debate work to do) before Christmas. Then I felt productive and have yet to gather the momentum to do the rest. And I probably won’t. And midterms are after break. Have I studied? Psh.

I have the worst senioritis. I never thought it would happen to me. But I so don’t want to go back.

Pssht I wish I could do that. If I miss more than 3 days of school then I’m not exempt from any exams.

Mine may seem long, but I’m almost done with them.

Yet… I have to continue practice tests and score high on my SAT in January 23rd… last time to take it.

Well, your school is different. I’ve never heard of a school where you can exempt exams. That seems weird and, perhaps, unfair.

So at the normal schools where students are required to take exams, we can miss a lot more school. I missed like 15 days 2nd semester.

i really don’t want to go backkkkkkk :frowning: monday is gonna suck

Senioritis ;D

Applies to seniors only. Encourages seniors to control their senioritis.

Junior here. I have a math test first week back and an assessed English presentation in the second week, which I haven’t started preparing for at all. Which is kind of stupid, because it counts towards 15% of my total IB English score. UGH.

And all this New Year’s revelry isn’t helping either.

I really don’t want to go back.

I have to go right into a huge science project, finishing a book and work for AP Eng Lit, and midterms are only three weeks from when we go back. -headdesks-

God, I just want high school to be over so I can start prepping for college.

I’m just really tired of high school.

My only consolation is that I’ll be exempt from most of my finals, but that’s still so far away.
