I effed up on the essay.

<p>Ok, so this is my 2nd time taking, the first prompt I got on the Oct 06 one was about questioning authority- which was EASY and scored an 11. Well this time, i ended up writing about ALIENS (teacher is an alien series by Coville) ...yes it was pertinent, but only got 2.5 paragraphs.</p>

<p>Anywho- if i scored a 6-7/12, can i still gain around 700? Last time i hit around 680 but the MC questions were killers. I'm sure i got 95+% of them correct this time around.</p>

<p>same thing here, got 11 on my first essay and an 8 on the second..
sorry i'm not sure about the whole scoring thing, but to go off on a tangent, do colleges take your highest subscores from all the SATs youve taken and then add them up together? or does it depend on the school?</p>
