I got a 2 on my ap biology exam…The test really wasn’t matched up to any of the preparation books. Are my dreams of majoring in biomedical engineering over?
No! First, you don’t have to report the scores.
But, more importantly, you need to put AP exams in perspective. It’s one test. Only one of many that you will take in the course of the next several years. You got bad advice on what to study. That’s not your fault.
Worst thing is that you wasted a couple of hours and the AP exam fee.
DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT!
(BTW, I know a very smart kid who got a “1” on an AP test because he wasn’t well-prepared for it. He’s at a top-20 college now and doing very well. It really doesn’t matter.)
Don’t think one exam means your entire future is ruined. Colleges don’t even have to see the score if you don’t want them too. Focus on doing better next year.
