I failed my AP calc midterm! How should I study for the AP Calculus Exam?

My teacher gave us questions from the actual old AP Calc tests for the midterm.
I know I failed it; only 10/24 multiple choice were correct. Less than half of the FR were done, and I don’t even know if the portion I did is CORRECT.
It’s the first “AP Exam” I’ve ever had. So I studied just like I would study for any other assessment, and a lot too. I reread and went over all of the topics in my Calc notebook and everything!
Worst of all, I do fine on regular tests, which would range from 86s to 94s, which I think aren’t too terrible. So I haven’t failed once all year. I don’t get what’s so different that I messed up THIS badly!
My parents are going to murder me! Considering I’ve actually done some good in the class, and that I’m through with past half the course and so close to AP exams, I can’t drop out.
Did I just, maybe, study the wrong way for this kind of exam? How do I deal with the grade I know I’m going to get?

God, I suck.

This is also a vent. I’m sorry.
