I failed my phone interview :(

<p>I had a phone interview today (first time) and I think I did horrible. I just had an in person interview the other day that went fine I think. But I've never had a phone interview and didn't know what to expect. So, I googled it and prepared for the usual questions like tell me about yourself, weakness, strength, etc but I was completely thrown off by the questions they asked me.</p>

<p>The interview lasted a little more than 10 minutes...that's bad right? It was pretty short.</p>

<p>In the end he told me that someone else would contact me about an in person interview and what times I would be available, but that probably doesn't mean much</p>

<p>I'm just really sad cause I really want this position, but it's ok. I'll be ready for the next phone interview </p>

<p>Based on your experience, these are all bad signs right?</p>

<p>sometimes even we know the topics very well, sometimes we are being mental blocked. and even though we know the question that the interviewer will be asking, sometimes we are in state of rattling. </p>
