<p>duke has a 22.4% acceptance rate according to us news. It is the 10th best university in the entire united states. of course it is hard to get into. </p>

<p>@md5hash: Actually, for 2010 the admit rate for Duke is 14.8%. It went down ridiculously low. We got around 26,000 applications. Go to the Duke thread to find more info if you’re interested.
I applied RD, and the RD admit rate was around 13%.</p>
