I have a feeling that i've been rejected ED to my school. I'm actually like crying because i'm so upset.

Should I just move over my ED application to RD so I don't have to bear the rejection?

If you’ve been rejected, you’d still have to deal with the rejection in the spring.

If you haven’t been rejected, by switching to RD, if applying ED is what tipped you in, switching to RD may tip you out.

i guess you didnt receive the actual decision so try to calm down and wait for decision. if u get deferred study hard and ull still stand a chance!

Why on earth would you do that? Many schools favor ED applicants. You’d do yourself a disservice by switching over to RD.

Plus, if they reject you, at least it’ll be over with. You won’t have to go another three months wondering. We’re all a bit stressed out with ED decisions coming in soon, but there’s no reason to start panicking. Just remember- if you get accepted, you’re done with applications forever, and if not, you have every other university in the nation to apply to. Your life will not end, I promise.

I agree with the poster above. ED applicants are generally favoured. If you’re rejected by one school, it’s not the end of the world. Let it motivate you to ace your other applications; you might just end up at a better school.

Most importantly, decisions aren’t out yet, so relax and hope for the best! Good luck :)
