<p>In honors section, I put AP Scholar and if they see blank portion on AP test part, I don't know how they will respond</p>

<p>Yes, email the relevant admissions offices the relevant corrections. Also, if the colleges you are applying to have Supplements with space for “Additional Information”, you might want to make a note to clarify that you forgot to report AP scores in the Common App and that you have in fact done them.
Your school will back you up so don’t worry about how colleges may respond; they’ll likely clarify with your counselor if they are suspicious, and he/she will be able to set them right.</p>
