I was happy to see that I scored a 4 on my US History test. However, under "Birth Date", it shows it "00/00/00"! I'm shocked and can't believe that I would neglect something like that. Part of me even thinks that it's an error not on my part.
Is it absolutely necessary to have a birth date filled in?
What is the process of mailing in the correction/update request?
Thanks so much!

I think the correction form is attached to your score report, so just fill out whatever you need changed and send it in. I think it costs some money, but I’m unsure of the exact amount.

I don’t know if it’s necessary to fill it in, but it certainly helps colleges identify you with more ease, especially if two people who decide to enroll have the exact same name (trust me, it happens). Other than that… it would help for the sake of completion.

Thanks for your reply.
I emailed collegeboard, asking if a birthdate was necessary. They offered to change it for me over email free of charge and resend it to my college. :)

Same thing happen to me. I entered my date of birth wrong in my SAT Subject test and now i want to change it. I have already taken my test. Please help how to change it. I have sent many emails to college board but it did not help.
