I got 1590

Do you think there were any mistakes???? I filled out the wrong bubbles chart and switched the whole thing!!!!1

If there wasnt a mistake.........how do you all get 2000 so easily~!!!!!!

yeah , you could've have done that. Making that kind of mistake is pretty easy.

666ram....1590 is about what most people score. Some of the students on here are really, really smart and a few lie just to make you feel bad. If you need higher scores for the colleges you want retake them after studying for them or consider taking the ACT's which test more about facts you learn in your classes. If you really believe there was a mistake have them hand score it for a fee. Apparently the bubble chart is set up different than the way you expect it to be and so kids do make mistakes filling it out.

Yeah ,and there was a guy in the SAT official score thread who scored 1500 in his first try and then practiced a lot and score 2340 ( its around this mark). So practice and you'll score better next time. Best of luck

Comfy-hmmm, those sound like my scores, so if you're referring to me, I want to clarify that I did not make an 840 pt improvement; I scored a 1500 out of 1600 on the OLD SATs (720 V 780 M); this time around, I scored a 1580 (780 CR 800 M) out of 1600...regardless, I second that practicing old tests DOES help...I made a 170 pt unofficial improvement from my 1st practice test to this one, so yes, study. Good luck!

I was not referring to you. There was this guy in another thread who said that he jumped from 1500 something to 2340 and he said that there was hope. If thats you , sorry for the false alarm everyone

Thanx for the help guys. I must have messed up bad............i did not study i winged it and im still a junior.

Ill study and get 2000 haha fasho!

"CR: 770
M: 800
W: 690

Brings highest scores up to 2280 and stoked! i was aiming for 700 on critical reading what a wonderful surrpise! The first time i took this gosh darned test i got a 1470 lol there is hope"

Sparrow this guy has posted after your score post.
Sorry it wasn't 2340 , i mixed both your scores.

No prob.

666ram-don't stress out too much about your scores; you got time.

People whose SATs were misgraded last year noticed that the number of omitted questions were inaccurate. So, when the full report comes out, check to see if more questions appear as omitted than you ACTUALLY omitted when taking the test. It is a good sign of whether or not yout exam was not properly graded.

Thanx guys...u ppl are awesome
