I’m extremely disappointed, especially on psychology. I studied, payed attention, and I honestly thought the tests weren’t too hard. I expected a 2 or 3 in biology, but I was NOT expecting a 1 on psychology. Test scores don’t technically come out until tomorrow, but if CollegeBoard posted them, I assume they’re correct. I’m worried about how this will affect me in the future. I thought I would’ve gotten a 4 or 5 in psychology as I have never gotten below a 95 in the class.
Sometimes the class is easier than the exam, it all depends on the teacher. For me, at the beginning of the year I ask my teacher their AP score distribution for the previous year so I can gauge the difference in difficulty, I recommend you do that next year.
As for right now, there’s nothing you can really do. When it comes time to make your college application, just leave psych out.
And for Bio, congrats! A three might seem mediocre right now but a lot of schools give credit for them and if you’re planning to apply to one of them in the future, definitely report it!
If you feel like you were scored incorrectly for Psych, you can ask your teacher to take a look (since they got your answers) and if they agree that you should have gotten a higher score they can appeal.
I agree. You should check with your teacher if you really deserve your score. If both you and your teacher think you can get a higher score, then you should ask for a regrade of the test.
Good Luck
