the admission officer from cal state la said that as long as every grade i put on the application is the same as my final transcript then i will be fine. but i dont know if this also apply to cal poly pomona…</p>

<p>You should contact the Cal Poly Pomona admission office to get definitive answer, but English is one of the ‘core’ classes, so if you applied with a D in your junior year and got a provisional admit, the admission office may be thinking that you are making up the class and will expect you to replace the D with a C or higher. It’s the final transcript that counts.</p>
