I just finished up the JHU Pre-College thing, and within 2 days of being back home, I got a J-Card. I don't mean the fake "Special SUmmer Programs" one that we're supposed to get (and keep); I got a blue one that regular JHU students get. I asked the other kids who went to Pre-College, and they all said they got one too. What are we supposed to use them for? I brother went to JHU Pre-College twice before, and he never got one of these; he only got one after he got accepted.

fascinating

Does anyone know why I might've got one?

i didnt get no J-card =[

who are you sungchul?

This is the first I am hearing about it. I called the Summer Studies Office who administer the Pre-College program and they did not send out any JCards to students.

You might want to call the JCard Office to find out why you received the card: http://www.idcs.jhu.edu/.

i just got my mail and I have one too O_O

Weird... Any way to tell if it's one of the new J-card's with the Prox Card built in? (We used to have a separate J-Card (for ID, meal plans, Jcash) and Proxcard (for entering the dorms))

GEORGE YANG! I let's go back to JHU, so I can beat you in badminton! ;D Apparently a lot of the kids from Pre-College (if not all?) got one. I'll send them an e-mail or something asking why. Thanks.

I was a pre-college RA this year...

Maybe a memento?

ahhh who are you sungchul. someone i played badminton with...hmmm...

ill go with what coolguy says. memento it is! or something to taunt us with if we dont get in. arghhh. who's coolguy anyway?

ah. it's connor (stalked you through aim -> facebook)!

i was tom's resident =D.

oh my god. george that was weird. very weird. I'll be honest.

Right? I didn't think George'd be the type of person to use CC. I'm Dan Chang, Chris' resident, but I don't think you know me.

cc->aim->fb, pretty creepy lol =D

I did cty at jhu, investigations in engineering and i also got a j-card. hmmm.
