<p>It just happened today and the counselor wants me to fax my transcript of current college.</p>
<p>How can I fax the trascript? Do I just have to go to the academic record office to get the official one and open the seal to fax it?</p>

<p>"In order to proceed with the processing of your admissions application,
we need the following documents. Please submit this information within
one week.</p>
<p>This is my first request regarding this information.</p>

<li>Please fax your PCC transcript to (949)824-9695. Please write
ATTN:Kerry and your UC application ID number on each page.</li>
</ol>
<p>If we do not hear from you within one week of the above date, we will
be unable to proceed with the evaluation of your application and you may
be denied.</p>
<p>Please reply to this message if you have any questions.</p>
<p>If you are no longer interested in attending UCI, please reply back and
let me know you wish to cancel your application.</p>

<p>since the admission office of UCI wants me to add ATTN:Kerry and my UC application number, does the record office of my current CC add this info within the transcript?</p>
