<p>So, i got a letter from columbia saying that my app is incomplete, and that i should have all the missing files faxed to them by feb 13. I've checked that tracking account of theirs, and it says its missing stuff that isn't really missing. I found out that it isn't missing through my GC. I told my Teacher to fax my rec (which, according to the account, is missing) yesterday. And she will only send it out today. So, im just wondering if they will not concider my app. if this stuff doesn't arrive on time. And, is anyone having similar problems with this, in my opinion, faulty account?</p>
<p>Call them and tell them that your stuff is coming in today.</p>
<p>It doesn't matter what your GC says about whether he or she sent it or not. If they say they don't have it, it means they lost it/never received it.</p>

<p>that's completely irrelevant. if columbia says they don't have it, it's on you to call them up and get columbia to confirm that they have it, or establish plans for them to get it.</p>
<p>if you just assume things will get taken care of, that's how you allow yourself to get screwed.</p>
<p>What if Columbia lost your application material after they sent your guidance counselor the return card? Have you ever thought of that? Anything can happen.</p>
