I just got an acceptance letter from the University of Pittsburgh. My first choice for the campus was the Pittsburgh campus. I however got accepted by the Greensburg campus. Is there a way for me to get into the Pittsburgh campus? My GPA was a 3.7 and my ACT was 22. Did I not get accepted into the main campus because of my ACT score? Can I retake it in the spring and then send my new higher scores to Pittsburgh? The campuses seem really different and I was mainly looking at the Pittsburgh one.

call the admissions office at UPitt-Pitt and ask them what you have to do, OP.

If you want to retake, I’d do it soon and see if you can be reconsidered.

Here is more information about the Pitt-Greensburg Option program: http://www.greensburg.pitt.edu/option-program

I would encourage you to call their admissions office with questions about the programs at Pitt-Greensburg.
