<p>i got accepted to uci computer engineering..but i dont never intended to study computer engineering.. i was kinda expecting an acceptance from ucsd.. but now knowing i got freakin rejected.. i want to do pharmacy, when can i change my uci major to chemistry?</p>

<p>you can definitely do it at or before orientation.</p>
<p>It’s easier to change out of engineering to something else.</p>
<p>Uhm, just go to admissions page. There’s a link you click to change majors, and a drop down list to select. It’ll send a message to the UCI office of admissions. They review and if acceptable, they’ll update your front page to your new major.</p>
<p>It’s funny though, because i just changed out of Aerospace to computer engineering. i would also consider pharmacy though :)</p>
