I finished everything for UT on Oct. 1st (deadline date lol)

deadline date for what?

Deadline date for Spring '09 Admissions.

wait so ru graduating high school a semester early?

and does that make it easier? if u apply for spring instead of fall cuz i bet not too many people apply for spring

Haha, I know this thread is for the Class of 2013, but I wanted to share my joy too. I just got accepted to transfer for the Spring '09 semester! Woohoooo. Hook 'em!

@ynot: Yes I'm graduating high school a semester early. There's not a lot of information on Spring semester, so I can't really give you a valid answer if it's easier. I would think that it's mostly for transfer students, and with space limited as it is already, the admissions process could be even more difficult. Then again, if you have seen my stats and the major I made it into, maybe it is easier to get into the Spring =P.

@onsilverwings: Congrats! What college did you get into?

Awesome just checked online, I got into the business school. Does anyone know when the honors program stuff starts to get rolling (interviews and what not)?

Congratulations cougar09!!!! Hook 'Em!!!

UT received my transcript/resume this past Friday for Fall 2009, which completed my application. I checked today and I was admitted to McCombs...surely didn't think it would be this fast!

I still need to get a rec in though for the honors program...

Also, I did not write essay C. I think that is only to explain any extraordinary circumstances and can be used when applying for any major.

wow that was quick..they received all my stuff last week..hopefully its a fast reply also

hook'em for sure!! haha congrats everyone else

Congratulations to you too UHSdebater!...hope you get in the Honors Program. Best of luck to all of you who get accepted into such a prestigious public university like the University of Texas at Austin. You all should be very proud of yourselves.
