I got an email from a Cornell undergraduate for a meeting..

I applied to CALS at Cornell and today I got a email from a recent (like 2004) graduate to meet. Is this like a interview? Why did I get one?

I was just going to post something about that too. My email says:

On behalf of the Cornell Alumni Ambassadors Network, I would
like to meet with you to answer any questions that you might have about
Cornell and to share some of my experiences at the school. This is not
meant to be an interview, but rather just a way for you to speak with an
alum about the school. Our meeting would last about 45 minutes and
would take place in a local coffee shop.

Just like you, I'm curiously about why I received this email. I must say I'm not very fond of interviews since I'm a bit shy. I also don't have that many questions about the school, so I'm not sure what I should do. I guess it's probably best to just meet with the guy and see what happens xD

It is a very informal interview. Cornell tries to schedule one of these for every applicant if possible.

What do they ask?
